@DulcePudi: normally people only say one thing of the two but you can say both too if you want.

Nada natural
They mean the same thing so I wouldn't use both. I remember being told off in English class for using two adjectives that meant the same thing :) you can say both, but it does sound a little strange.

@Bells_: Your right @DulcePudi: If you say your sleepy and tired it's almost saying that you are emphasizing you are really tired. But using one is sufficient
