It's mainly just the difference in preference. You would usually say, "I have learned" or just "I learned". I believe learnt is more British. Also, just saying "I learned" would make sense if you mean somewhat recently, or if you're talking about how you learned something. "I had learned" would make sense if you're talking about a long time ago. Most natives will understand you if you mix it up though
