"xuxu" has the same pronunciation of "chuchu", witch is a green vegetable. I don't have a clue of the reason, but here in brazil is very common and funny use any of these terms to refer someone you apreciate. I hope this helped you! Bye!

Can be "that cut" or "this is so cut", we brazilian said "quí chuchú", this is the form of speaking, and, the form of speak is "que xuxu!"
