They can be used similarly or differently, but they sound very different.
I believe that education should be free. (this sounds opinionated but you sound very sure of yourself.)
I believe there is a God. (belief can be spiritual.)
I think that education should be free. (sounds a little less sure of yourself. maybe open to other ideas? easily influenced?)
I think about it all the time. (actively thinking about something)
I guess that school should be free. (this makes you sound unsure of yourself, like you don't really care)
I guess the answers on the test. (guessing on tests because you are unsure of the answer.)
I hope this helps :)

I believe means you really know it, you are sure of something, it is proven to you, I think means you're just thinking it, you're not putting it into action, I guess means you're not sure of something, it may right or wrong

I think and I believe can l mean the same thing. Like for the sentence "I believe in God," you could also use 'I think'. "I think God is real." I guess is used when you're not sure about something. "I guess that's right," I think can also be used this way. "I think this is the right answer."

It depends on the usage.
Overall if you "believe" in something, its a firm opinion. Religion is belief, if you are certain you saw something a certain way, you believe it.
If you "guess", then you aren't sure. It is passive and uncertain. You can also use it as an assumption. "My guess is/ I would guess that he didn't come to school because he is sick."
If you "Think" it's kind of the merger of the former two. You are making an informed guess. An example is, you're out of school for the summer, so you aren't keeping track of the days of the week. Someone asks what day it is, you had football practice two days ago, practices are on Monday, "I think it's Wednesday." You aren't sure, but you're pretty sure. It's more similar to guess than believe, and is basically interchangeable.
The reason I say that it depends on the usage is because in some cases it can express your attitude on something. Here's what I mean:
"I think that we should do our project on _____ instead."
(You could use "I believe" here as well, but it sounds more formal, at least for American-English)
[as a response]
"I believe so too"
(again, overly proper. you wouldn't typically say this in normal conversation. These are a good example of where "think" is better interchanged with "believe" than "guess")
"I guess so"
(This is a passive response. You're not in full agreeance, but you don't want to argue.)
"I think so too"
(agreeing)
I know this was a lengthy answer I hope it helped!

these are sometimes all used in the same way, to show that the speaker doesn't know something as fact. "I guess" is used when someone is more unsure about something.
some examples:
I think it's going to rain. I believe it's going to rain. I guess it might rain.
