"I don't find the meaning" is saying you just don't find the meaning. "I can't find the meaning" is saying you are incapable, or unable of finding the meaning.
Also, I don't think the sentences are clearly saying what you want them to. Maybe instead you could write "I don't understand the meaning," which would be a little easier to understand.
