what does professor mcgonagall say at the beginning of 'harry potter and the philosopher's stone' movie?

i managed to understand only 'albus, naozaj si myslite, že bude bezpečné nechať ho u tých ľudí? celý deň som ich pozorovala - je to najhorší __________ , aký poznám.' (0:02:45)

what's in that gap? at first i thought it was 'druh' but that sound she made at the end, ahh! was that one more word? was that her pronunsiation peculiarity? *nervously chuckles* i'm at my wits' end, god

@amzngpnck to feel little bit better about it: this word (with this meaning) was made up by translators of HP from original "muggle".
Btw in the world outside of HP it's slang term for prisoner (expressive) here in Slovakia and Czech rep.
In slang is also used verb "muklovať" (expressive as well). It means to work as hard as a prisoner, or to work in prisoners-like conditions.
