Can you explain the parts [(number) ... ]?
Sheldon: Then I'll settle for an aneurysm.
Leonard: (knocking his hands down) Stop it.
Sheldon: You hit me. You saw him, he hit me.
Leonard: You were trying to blow up my head.
Sheldon: So it was working.
Leonard: It wasn't, it was not, you are a nutcase.
Sheldon: Oh [(1) we'll see about that (tries again), ]heads up you people in the front row, this is a splash zone.
Leonard: Stop, stop it, quit it. (The start to fight.)
Penny: Is this usually how these physics things go?

"We'll see about that" means to wait for the outcome of something. A Vulcan nerve pinch is a reference to Star Trek where a species of alien known as the Vulcans have a special pinch they do on the nerves in your neck to harm you. Since the Big Bang Theory is a nerdy show, you'll hear a lot of references to older shows that are a part of geek culture.

It's a very good series, but there's a lot to it and a lot to understand.
