<- How can I write this sentence correctly?)

You could learn the accent by watching British shows, but there are different accents: English accent, Welsh accent, Irish accent, Scottish accent and plenty more! But I assume you want to learn the English accent. I'd say the news is the best if you want to get a better understanding of the English accent so I'd recommend BBC News London, Sky News, ITV news and Channel 4 news. Those are what I'd recommend, I hope it helps :)

The biggest differences would be pronunciation and spelling. We spell a lot of things differently and have different words for some things.
Examples: in British English apologise is spelt with an 's' and American English it is spelt with a 'z', apologize
Also, British English say nappies while American English use the word diapers.

A big difference is the words we use. American- chip
English- crisp. Here is a good site to learn the different words...

Also with the accent, the R is said very differently. I would recommend watching British films and tv for the accent :) also I would be happy to record my accent for you if you need it. 😁

@Jodila: Wow!
It is more different than what I thought.
In Korea, almost students learn American English. So maybe I'll study hard to learn British English.
and thanks you so much for your lots of help.

A brilliant show for learning a "british" accent would be Sherlock. You should definitely check it out, if you're into shows including crime and drama.
