‎Strange Dialogue Translation Question (Again)

I am currently trying to translate a segment from an episode of a TV show so that I can dub over it in Chinese. It is a comedy show called “The Eric Andre Show,” and Eric Andre is the show host, and he invites celebrity guests in and asks them bizarre questions and plays pranks on them.

I am looking at a segment of Eric’s interview with Jack McBrayer. In this segment, Eric has a stagehand bring out food for him and Jack, but the snacks are some unidentifiable, powdery gray cubes. Eric starts eating the mysterious food. This is the dialogue that follows.

Hannibal (Eric’s Cohost): The hell is that? Eric…?
Jack: Do you know what that is?
Eric: You know what they say: If it’s gray, it’s healthy for you.
Jack: No one has ever said that.
Hannibal: The only gray thing you can eat that’ll be healthy for you is uhhh… I think seal meat…
Jack: What is that? Do you know?
Eric: It’s like a… It’s like some type of, like… uhhh… gray food, or something.

(Continuation below)

Things in parenthesis still need to be translated. Would anyone be able to help translate and check what I already have?

Hannibal:Eric,这到底是什么?
Jack:你知道那是什么呢?
Eric:(You know what they say: )如果是灰色的,吃对你身体很健康。
Jack:没有人这样说过。
Hannibal:(The only gray thing you can eat that’ll be healthy for you is uhhh… I think seal meat…)
Jack:那是什么?你知不知道?
Eric:(It’s like a… It’s like some type of, like… uhhh… gray food, or something.)

Some additional relevant notes:
- In the rest of the script, I have been using “嗯” and “那个……” for all of the “uhhh”s and “umm”s.
- “You know what they say” is an English phrase used to introduce a common saying or common belief. Here, it is being used comedically because what Eric says afterwards is total nonsense.
- The video of the interview I am translating can be found here: https://youtu.be/gPU4ccgiDS0

Thank you!
