Keep in mind that this "being like" could mean other things than thinking, when we are left with a blank right after it. It's possible in this context too. It could really mean being as in something like "being like a total fangirl" or just "being a total fangirl".

そんな”Being like"は「した」のや「言った」のやような意味ができます。
例えば、”I remember being like, 'Seriously'?"の意味は「あの時に、私は「まじか」って言った」って感じです。でも、実はあの時に語る人は”Seriously?”と言わなかったかもしりません。それにしても語る人はあの時についてそんな気持ちがあります。
でも、君の例文の"being,like,into it"は「それ、ハマってた」って意味がありうます。そんな「する」の意味も時々ありますよ。これは難しいかもしれないことを分かるけど、自然な英会話の英語を学びたかったらこんな慣用句は必要です。
