I know that Arabs and Arabic speakers don't pronounce the iraab at the ending word. Is it also the same with Fail Mudari' at the end? For example

ماذا تفعل

Do you say this as Taf'alu or just Maza Taf'al?

It’s not that we pronounce what u call it “iraab” ( it called harakah or tashkel
Like َ ُ ِ.
We have another one which is سكون silence ْ
So at the end of the word it’s always silence
Example:
أنا أحب. I love
أنا أحبُ اللعب I love playing
The same word احب since their is a word after we call it connecting the words so we say the vowel of the letter بُ

Yes, it's pronounced taf'al at the end of the word.
This is called the "pausal pronunciation" (وقف) because you use it when you pause.
