Pouco natural

Maybe you should change 'but' for something else like 'However' or 'on the other hand', that way it could sound better

could you please correct this one?
For me, the place that I go often and enjoy from is pool. That's because it has been proved that swimming, makes people relaxed. For example the last time that I was so sad because of failing an exam, I decided to go to a pool. After swimming, I really felt relaxed and I was full of positive thought about life and success
