Pergunta sobre Inglês (EUA)

>Your bp problem doesn't seem to ever go away.

Can it be said in a different way (like the opposite of going away) like "your bp problem is always there/stays/remains'. I know that it sounds weird. But it my language it can be said both ways, so I was wondering if it's possible in English too. So far it seems there isn't
