Como é que se diz isto em Inglês (EUA)? I heard they say "condo" if you own a room of an apartment bulding in US.
I wonder if I can use it in UK in the same way.
Could you tell me the correct way of saying in UK?

I think it's just called a "flat", or technically a "privately owned flat". But that's based on what my friends in Norwich call it. Hopefully someone in the UK can answer.
