After check with SPE supplier, they're proved Taiwan site haven't signed the contracts 2015. Could you advise the suggestions for next steps? Whose party responsible to pay contract fee and flat rate repair fee? Which global site or Taiwan site? Please let us know any details or procedures about the SPE contracts.
