They can all mean the same thing: "the thing that you WANT to do."
Ex: "My (goal/aim/purpose/objective/target) is to learn English!" This sentence works with all of these words.
But the words have other meanings, too.
Goal: 1. The thing that you want to do.
2. In a game or sport, the place you need to go to score points or win.
Aim: 1. The thing that you want to do.
2. When throwing, kicking, or shooting something, it is the direction you are pointing, or your ability to throw, kick, or shoot something in the correct direction. "The soccer player has good aim" = The soccer player can kick the ball exactly where they want to kick it.
Purpose: 1. The thing that you want to do.
2. What an object does, what the object helps you with. "What is the purpose of this tool?" = What does this tool do? What does this tool help me with?
Objective: 1. The thing you want to do.
2. As an adjective, "objective" means "logical, fair, based on facts instead of feelings." If you give someone your "objective opinion," it means your opinion is very fair and based on facts, and not just your emotions.
Target: 1. The thing that you want to do.
2. An object or person that you are trying to hit or shoot. If you are playing a game of darts, or doing an olympic shooting sport, the thing you are trying to hit is called the "target." You can also call a person a "target" if someone is trying to hurt them. It works as a noun or a verb. "They are targeting my brother" = They are trying to hurt my brother.

Goal is where an accumulation of action intends to arrive to.
Aim is a more specific, measurable kind of goal.
Purpose defines the utility of an object/action.
Objective is what a certain task is trying to accomplish.
Target is a very specific, usually quantitative, objective.
