In response to your last question. "In the morning of the day after tomorrow" is correct. "In the morning, the day after tomorrow" is incorrect. It is also the same for the day before yesterday.
When you are talking are talking about today, you say:
-"This morning"
-"At noon" or "at midday"
-"This afternoon"
-"This evening"
-"Tonight"
When you talk about tomorrow or yesterday you say:
-"tomorrow/yesterday morning" or "in the morning of t/y".
-"tomorrow/y at noon/midday"
-"Tomorrow/y afternoon" or " in the morning of t/y"
-"Tomorrow/y evening" or "in the evening of t/y"
-"Tomorrow/y night" or "t/y at night"
All of my suggestions are good for normal written and spoken conversation. However, when writing formally, it is better to, for example, say:
-"in the morning of the 17th"
-"at noon on the 21st"
I hope this helps. :D
