@hasemasa To have a lesson means to spend time taking or giving a lesson. A teacher can have several lessons a day (meaning they are giving several classes or teaching several sessions a day). A student can have English lessons three times a week, for example.
Basically, when you have a lesson it means you have a block of time scheduled for a class.

To take a lesson means to receive instruction for any subject. A student takes lessons in any subject from a teacher. A teacher takes lessons in learning how to teach better, for example. When you take a lesson you are actively trying to learn something, usually in a formal or structured setting.
To have a lesson means to be occupied with a lesson. A student can have lessons, and is learning from them. A teacher can have lessons, but is teaching them. As long as your time is occupied with learning something, you are having a lesson.
