Anxious: This is very similar to “worry” and in many cases, anxious and worry can be used in the same way. Anxious means you are worried about something BUT it usually ALSO means you are having some physical symptoms (like sweaty hands, shaking hands, fast heartbeat and more).
For example - if you have a speech to give in front of many people, you can say “I am anxious”. Anxious means you are thinking a lot about something and are scared of it ending badly. Because of that, you are having some symptoms like breathing heavily, stuttering (not being able to speak properly), not being able to sleep at night, sweaty hands, and more.
Worry: This means to be troubled or bothered by something. It is very similar to anxious. But when you are worrying, it does not always mean you have OTHER symptoms like shaky hands and a fast heart beat. It can mean you are simply thinking a lot about something in your head and it is bothering/troubling you. Example: “I am worried about my mom who is sick” or
Concern: This also means you are worried about something. If you are worried about a PERSON who you feel RESPONSIBLE for, then using “concerned” would be better than “worried”. For example, if you are a teacher and you are worried about your student because your student has been sleeping a lot in all their classes, you can say “I am concerned about my student.” Concern usually means you actually want to HELP or do something about the problem worrying you. You can use concern for things which are not related to people also. “I am concerned about the money I spend each month”. This means, you are worried because of how much of money you have been spending each month BUT you are also willing to do something about it.
These terms are all VERY similar and in most cases they CAN be used interchangeably (I mean, you can use any one of these terms). But they do mean slightly different things so I hope I was able to help you!
