I would have preferred (that) you haven't talked to me.
I would have preferred you not to talk to me? Which one is right?

If you are talking about something that happened in the past:

"I would have preferred that you had not (hadn't) talked to me".

#1 - both are in present perfect, and this sounds 100% wrong

#2 - this would sound OK if you said "preferred that you not" without the "to", but it sounds a bit formal and may not be technically correct
