U can’t understand by only listening but you will learn the difference between two in writing by practicing

@Milad-Kyle in academical persian language, i mean the form of language which is taught to foreigners, the pronounciation of ق and غ is completely the same. گ is diffierent from them.
but take this tips into account:
1)also ق and غ are pronounced in a same way but you can't write the instead of eachothers. the written form of the words are lerned by heart. by time you will lern to write کلاغ ، قند، قاضی correctly.(and not کلاق،غند،غاضی)
۲)if you travel to some provinces such as zanjan,ardabil,azarbayjan and qazvin; you'll notice that most of the people prounce ق as گ because they have turkish accent and can't pronounce ق.
۳)if you travel to the province Yazd, people pronounce ق and غ in different ways. غ comes deeper in throat. but you don't need to learn that.
