This is really common here in New York in my experience. "You be" is used in phrases expressing that someone does something often, usually. "You" can be replaced with any other pronoun, such as "She" or "He" to have the exact same meaning!
Example: "Girl, you be spending way too much time on the phone." (Compare with: Girl, you tend to spend way too much time on the phone.) or "We be going to the park every day." (Compare: We tend to go to the park every day"). It is used to describe something that is common for the subject of the sentence, in this case they're saying you tend to eat good food often!
As for the grammatical aspect, this is incorrect in Standard English but is a very common tense in the AAVE dialect.

as a native english speaker, that way of wording (purposeful incorrect grammar) can be seen as a type of slang expression.
from my experience, i notice that type of wording the most in the sentence: “ it really do be like that sometimes. “
i believe this catchphrase came from a meme that has gone viral.
i don’t know how to describe the meaning of why words are said like that, but it’s a response i see a lot in younger audiences.

@lcvemiin It's usually slang especially through online memes that become popular that include such phrases, but this is in and of itself a dialect.
