Why does Koreans tend to pat people on their backs or heads like several times and slowly? I see that on a lot of dramas. And the reason why i ask this is because in Mexico that is like and awkward way of saying “that’s okay but that’s also enough” without look mean. For example if someone cries and you think it’s kind of annoying you do that to get out of the situation without looking mean or rude. But people on kdramas don’t seem annoyed when doing it.
