(Please correct me)How do you stay in touching with your family?

My hometown is in XX. All my family members are living there.
Since I went to high school which commuting time was almost 3 hours, I lived in a school dormitory and started my dormitory life. Maybe someone thinks it was too early to leave home, but I think it trains me to be independent and resolve by myself. Later, because both the undergraduate and graduate schools were in Taipei, I have lived in Taipei for now.

I have some social media profile, such as Facebook. WeChat, Line and so forth, I always use a smart phone to communicate with my family. I think the most useful and influenced technology is a smart phone, it lets people always get in touch with each other, no matter how distant is, besides that, the network is essential for people in modern society.

Because now mobile phones have such good cameras, I often take pictures and keep them on my computer and smart phone, It's so convenient nowadays.

if I see something around my life I want to share with my family, I always take pictures, text some words to express my thoughts, and then post them to social media sites, including new information, interesting news and so forth, even to a small thing. That way all my family and relatives can see them. Besides, I am very happy to see someone to like or comment my posts on Facebook or comment my memory on the WeChat.

It’s my favourite way to stay in touching with my family. Even though we are not always living together and can’t often meet, but we trace each other’s life so that it seems like we always accompany with people we care about.
