O que significa What kind of attitude have an unemployed people towards searching for an occupation? ?

I think this sentence should be "What kind of attitude does an unemployed person have towards searching for an occupation?", is it correct? if so why "does" is omitted?

If you're talking about why "does" isn't used in the first sentence, its because "does" is used for singular words, (ball, person, grape…) whereas "do" is used for plural words. (balls, people, grapes)
So the first sentence should be…

What kind of attitude do unemployed people have towards searching for an occupation?

In this case since "unemployed people" is the subject here, "have an, has a, has an, have a" should be used after the subject, these words usually marks a topic after its use.

Unemployed people have a/an ____ attitude towards searching for an occupation.

Second sentence is correct.

Thank you for your answer it's really helpful. but my question is not about plural or singular, sorry I should have been careful when writing the question.
I would like to know why "Does/Do" is omitted. do you have any idea?

Did you mean to ask why it's not What (does) kind of attitude but
What kind of attitude?

Sorry for the confusion.
I meant the following sentence is grammatically correct or not. "What kind of attitude have unemployed people towards searching for an occupation?"
I understand the meaning of the sentence well but I thought the sentence construction seems wrong.

@kumakuma I see. The "have" before unemployed people should be changed to "do", following that you put "have" after the subject. So…

So this sentence is wrong? or the writer omitted it purposely? Actually this sentence is the textbook by a British publisher, who specializes in English education.

@kumakuma At this point I'm not sure but when I talk to others I don't hear anyone saying such a sentence structure. Hopefully other people that come here can clarify.
