Como é que se diz isto em Inglês (EUA)? Could you please explain, how to use 'going to' when we're talking about movement, to sound more natural?
If I ask "are you going to work?" - it could be a question about movement, or intension, right?
How to emphasize first or second meaning?

if "going to" isn't followed by a verb, then movement is the clear meaning. e.g. "are you going to school?"

With the work example, it could mean "are you going to work (start working)", but usually context can distinguish the intention.

You could also say "I'm heading to work" to emphasize movement

also, it's probably not true for every accent, but for mine:
Are you gunna work? =(start working)
Are you goin-da work? =(movement to the place)
