O que significa I've been teached that UNLESS couldn't use with Negative words like Not, don't. So, I got question! The sentence :" Unless you don't want to talk?" in Aattached picture. Is it right? possible? How I translate it and following answer "sometimes I don't. ? ?

I’m not sure if this translation is right but I think “Unless you don’t want to talk” is 말하고 싶지 않다면. The following answer, she means “sometimes I don’t (want to talk)”
