"Honestly", "frankly", "frankly speaking" and "to be honest" = exact same meaning.
E.g.
I honestly don't think that is a good idea.
Honestly/to be honest/frankly/frankly speaking, I don't think that's a good idea.
I don't think that's a good idea, honestly/to be honest/frankly/frankly speaking. (the usage of "frankly" would be the lest common here. And "to be honest" the most common).
"Actually" and "in fact" are used to add a new idea that just came to your mind to something you said previously. Or to make the previous thing that you said clearer.
E.g. I don't like hamburgers. Actually/in fact, I hate them! (hate is stronger than "don't like"/dislike).
"Actually" is also used to correct someone.
E.g.
A: The mall is on 21st street.
B: Actually, it's on 22nd street.
The above might be considered rude. A more polite way to correct the above person would be "I think you mean 22nd street".
It can also be used to correct yourself.
E.g. I was here at 10 o'clock. No wait.. Actually,...i was here at 11 o'clock.
