You don’t have to include those things all the time, but you should depending on who you’re talking to. For example, If you’re talking to young children or someone who is unfamiliar with what you’re talking about, it’s good to include those things. But sometimes those statements are just common sense and you don’t need the qualifier at the end.
In the examples you gave, and in a lot of similar situations, you can leave out the word “that.” A lot of native speakers won’t say it. “You should put on sunscreen so you don’t get a sunburn.” Or “Leave early so you don’t miss the bus.” It’s not incorrect to leave it in, and it’s actually grammatically correct to use (especially in formal situations or when writing papers or official documents), but it’s not as natural to use in conversations.

I have learned that I have to use “can/coud/will/would/may/might” in that sentence from the English textbooks that I have....
