The passive is where the object of the sentence is made the subject. For example, passive voice would "the horse was ridden by the rider". Active voice would be "the rider rode the horse".
Negative is saying something can't, couldn't, will not, etc happen. The negative sentence/response will include either no or not.
"I do not want to your house" (the contraction of this would be don't)
"Is the bus coming soon?" "No, it comes in 20 minutes."
