Pergunta sobre Inglês (EUA)
Como é que se diz isto em Inglês (EUA)? My English teacher said the underlined part is wrong. I think ‘who have “a” healthy body’ is correct. But I don’t think ‘have such a mind’ is correct because mind can’t be counted.

So, "apt" means capable or good enough to do something. If you say, "They are apt enough to have fights", then you are saying that they have the ability to have fights. This doesn't mean that they have an unhealthy mind, it just means that they can do something unhealthy. It would be better to say, "This is because those people look to have fights with others" because they are searching to make trouble.

And I have no idea what’s the wrong point of ‘those people are apt to have fights’

Because you say "people" you are talking about more than one. So, you need to say, "who have healthy bodies".
"hardly have such a mind" sounds awkward and not specific enough. I think it would be better to say, "hardly have healthy minds." Normally, you try not to repeat words in the same sentence, but you want to out an emphasis on them not having healthy minds, so you have to write "healthy" again.
