- Which do you prefer “a Mixed gender flat”, or “a Single gender flat”? I’m going to study in England for one year as an exchange student from Japan. In my accommodation application, I chose en-suite single bedroom which is in a flat being shared with 5-6people. Apparently, I can also choose either “prefer Mixed Gender”, or “Require Single Gender”. Which do you recommend?? (I am a 20 years old female.) In Japan, student accommodations are mostly gender-segregate, so I can’t imagine well what a mixed gender flat is like. Is it just very normal thing?

I do not mean exactly the "typical" Russian accent, when even Russian people themselves understand how unpleasant and strange it sounds🤢 (for example, when the "r" sound is not muffled and sounds rolling). I'm talking about the usual accent when a person tries to copy it and imitate the English. By the way, hearing a person speak, do you immediately understand that he/she is from Russia or not (perhaps from some other country)? P.S. Sorry for lots of mistakes in the text😟. I tried my best😣...
