Please accept my apologies for the late reply.

If you are writing an invite to the student,
You could say you are inviting them to attend an event, so they would be the attendee or attendant.

Has that answered your question? Let me know if you need more help.

What should I write “recruitment target” on the poster?
audience?
A: Anyone with English as a native language would recognise Audience as the usual way to write this. Even though "Participants: Anyone" is more correct, I have never seen it on an event poster.

Q: Each participant in the rodeo puts up his own money, an entry fee they call it, to compete against the others. soa natural?
A: Saying "an entry fee they call it" sounds a little awkward.

You could shorten the sentence to "Each participant in the rodeo pays an entry fee to compete against the others." or "Each participant in the rodeo puts up their own money, or entry fee, to compete against the others."
Q: We have participants from A, B, and C company with three, one, and two members, respectively. soa natural?
A: Your accent is good! You don't need to say "company." "Members" is a little bit vague since it could also refer to the total number of people in each company, not just the participants. I would say, "We have participation from A, B, and C with three, one, and two participants, respectively."
Q: There was two different researches which I have planned to conduct with some participant guys who have psychological difficulty in recalling people,s names in order to figure out how they are suffered from this. soa natural?
A: There were two different studies I planned to conduct with participants who have psychological difficulty recalling people's names. The purpose is to figure out why they are suffering from this.

"Was" is used when talking about a single thing. (There was a study.)

"Were" is used when talking about more than one thing.

A "study" is planned research on a subject. You can do research on something, but you wouldn't do "a research".

"Some participant guys" isn't how it would be worded. It could be "some participants" or "some male participants" or "participants". The word "guys" is very informal and wouldn't be used in a scholarly paper (which is what this sounds like).

I broke it into two sentences because it felt too long and would read better as two.

"How they suffered" implies that you are trying to figure out what they are experiencing with this problem.

"Why they suffered" implies that you are trying to figure out what is causing it. I assumed that is what you meant.

I hope this helps.
