Methinks - most formal
A lot of these are the same in terms of formality, and some are really hard to rank. Like 'As for me', you can say this in really casual or formal situations. Also don’t say methinks, it’s archaic, nobody says it anymore unless they’re joking or in literature.

A:
I think that these are all more or less the same level of formality and would be fine to use except for these:
methinks -> i don't know anyone who legitimately uses this word. When I use it, I'm using it in a joking or sarcastic way. like when you say the phrase "methink thou doth protest too much" which is a joking or dramatic way to say you think someone is denying something too hard. It's dramatic and brings attention to the ridiculousness because its so formal and uses shakespearian type language. No one would use it in typical circumstances.
For my money -> this one is the only one that i feel is more casual than the others.

Q:
An array of /Look ahead
What do they mean?
What do they mean?
A:
From what you have said so far, the two phrases are not related. Definitions and examples:
1) “Array”: a collection of things. Usually, the things are similar in some way but different in others, like cars in a parking lot or silverware in a drawer. Often, the things are also in a known sequence, even if we don’t talk about that sequence.
Examples:
— the dishes were arrayed on the counter. (Maybe all identical dishes, maybe a bunch of different types of dishes, but you can instantly and easily see where they are on the counter: they are in a known sequence.)
— I saw an array of cars in the parking lot. (The cars are not identical cars, but they are all cars, and by being in specific locations in the parking lot, their positions are known. Therefore this is an array. Cars on the highway would not be an array, because they move around randomly and rapidly. An “array of cars on the highway” would be unusual: for some reason, the cars are all in a fixed sequence, and aren’t getting out of that sequence.)
— I saw an array of options in front of me. (In thinking about your life circumstances, you can see them all clearly in your mind, as if they were arranged in an order on a wall.)
— the beans in the bag were all jumbled up. (This is not an array, because there’s no structure or order to the beans.)
2) “Look ahead“:
a) literally: keep your head up and your eyes open, so you see what’s in front of you, so you don’t take a wrong turn or trip.
b) Metaphorically: to look at your life circumstances, think about the things that are coming in the future days and months, again so that you don’t make a mistake.
3) One more thought: both of those phrases have more precise meanings in computer programming, based on the above. Is that what you meant? I didn’t want to add confusion by giving extra definitions, but I’m glad to offer those if you wish.
